Cancellation Policy I understand that schedules can change! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice before your scheduled appointment time. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation fee. This policy helps protect the time that has been reserved specifically for you and allows me the opportunity to accommodate other clients. Late Arrival Policy Please do your best to arrive on time for your appointment. I completely understand that unexpected delays can happen! I offer a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may not have enough time to complete your service without affecting the appointments that follow. In these cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the cancellation policy may apply. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time as well as the time of my other clients.
