Cancellation Policy
Late clients: Any client later than 15 minutes will automatically be cancelled with the deposit being nonrefundable. A new deposit will have to be made before booking your next appointment. If you did not place a deposit a 50% cancellation / no show fee will be required before being able to book with me again.
Cancellation policy: If you can’t make your appointment anymore, your deposit can be transferred to the next appointment you book with Jazzed Up by Jenna as long as you let me know 48 hours in advance. Anything less than 48 hours in advance of your appointment will require you to send a new deposit if you're interested in booking an appointment again. We do ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or you will be charged a cancellation fee of 50%.
